2. appearance quality
2.1:Al-Ti-B wire should be bright and clean without mould spots and oil stain.
2.2: wire should be rolled trimly and tightly.
3. microscopic constitution
3.1: Phase of TiAl3 and TiB2 shoule be well-distributed and dispersive in the sample. Phase of the TiAl3 should be nubbly and bacilliform
3.2: Phase of TiAl3 ≤100u beyond 90%
TiB2 particles≤2u beyond 90%
TiB2 aggregates shoule not less than 50%
TiB2 aggregates ≤30u
4. specification
4.1: the diameter of the wire should between 8.5mm to 10.5mm
4.2: the inner diameter of the roll should between 350mm to 360mm
